Homemade Granola with Almond Butter
Ingredients:
• 2 cups rolled oats
• 1/2 cup almonds
• 1/2 cup shredded almonds
• 1/3 cup walnuts
• 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
• 1/4 cup chia seeds
• 1/3 cup shredded coconut
• 1 tbs cacao powder
• 2 tbs cinnamon powder
• 2 tbs melted coconut oil
• 1/3 cup maple syrup
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup Vanilla & Sea Salt almond butter @kora.coralia
• 1/4 cup chocolate chips unsweetened
Step by step:
Preheat oven to 350F
In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almonds, shredded almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, cacao powder and cinnamon powder.
In another bowl, mix together the melted coconut oil, almond butter, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and half of the honey. Pure the mixture in the large bowl mentioned above.
Place the final mixture on top of a baking pan (make sure it has the parchment paper). Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the baking pan from the oven and add the shredded coconut and the other half of the honey. Bake for another 15 min.
Let it cool for 15-20 minutes for that delicious crunchiness! Add your chocolate chips at the end.
